Rogers & Peters, LLC
For five years we’ve supported Jeff Rogers as his firm grew in size and technology needs. We reduced their support requirements by 50 percent by convincing them to give up their in-house email server and outsource the Exchange server through Kesem. Since then, they’ve had virtually zero downtime on this critical function, as well as better access on mobile devices. Specific to their needs, Kesem set up backups of their accounting files 4 times daily during tax season, as single backups were no longer enough to ensure business continuity during that time. And now we help them as they have developed an association with another firm, allowing Rogers to share what is appropriate and segregate what is not.
This premier DC medical malpractice law firm wanted to fix some issues that just seemed to linger. We helped by transitioning their data and Exchange e-mail server to new hardware, and did so with minimal disruption and virtually no downtime. We currently serve them with a managed services program that monitors updates and performance, and bring to their attention the items that need help. That’s continuing support without a huge continuous invoice!
